The ELLA Awards recognize organizations and individuals who have made exemplary contributions to communities through corporate community involvement initiatives, specifically among emerging domestic markets. The award categories underscore high impact issues that are critical to the advancement of ethnic minorities.

These organizations are devoted to eliminating barriers to health-care among specific minority consumer markets while improving service delivery as a means of addressing disparities to promote wellness and longevity of targeted communities.

These organizations support educational attainment and encourage educational excellence of minorities in their workplace and communities through innovative and unconventional methods.
Wealth & Enterprise Creation
These organizations are strategic innovators that seed the growth and development of enterprises throughout the communities and neighborhoods.
Community Engagement & Development
These organizations are champions of sustainable community development and catalyze these values through long-term partnerships and practices that enhance the lives of people and/or the environment.
